Coordinator & ASM 2016-Present Delta TED Talk Event, Delta Flight Museum, Atlanta Northwestern Mutual Lives Leaders, San Antonio Medtronic Medical Conference, Tucson Northwestern Mutual Annual Meeting, Milwaukee Jeunesse Conference, Orlando Procore Conference, Phoenix Northwestern Mutual Regional Meetings, NYC/Chicago/SLC/Savannah/Seattle/Charlotte Pre-Production: Associate Producer, research, order elements needed for event (props, furniture, etc), onboard vendors, POs/invoicing, event/production timelines and schedules, schedule meetings with client and event company, graphics presentation and creative content coordinator, and general admin. On-Site: Rehearsals - help graphics operator and speakers coordinate speeches/presentations, update and distribute show schedule, coordinate vendors, make sure have all elements were delivered in proper places and work with client on show and last minute needs. Live Show - Create Run of Show/Rundown and cues, assistant stage manager, set up backstage green room, wrangle talent/speakers, cue them on stage, arrange seats/props. |

Backstage Stage Manager/ Assistant Director - "Sound Of Music" Manage 15 person crew and 70 person cast during rehearsals, Tech week and 6 live shows for “Sound of Music.” · Set up and ran all production meetings ensuring project team actions were aligned and delivered on time. · Recorded rehearsal notes used to modify production and ensure great final performance. · Managed stage activity during live show including training and coordination of 15 person backstage crew to ensure smooth and on time set, props, actor cues needed for success of show. · Assisted in designing, building and painting sets. Project Coordinator/Co-Designer of Set Projections - "Into the Woods" Manage group of 4 people brainstorming, creating and implementing graphics presentations for projections used as background set for “Into the Woods” – a live play with a cast of 19 delivering 4 shows. • Communicated project needs, activities and status regularly, ensuring team worked efficiently together to deliver results on time and within budget. • Operated multiple computers and projectors during live play ensuring technology functioned properly to support set design and created enjoyable experience for audience. • Developed ideas and created poster for the play to support successful marketing of production. |
